We ship worldwide from Lithuania (EU). It takes 1-2 business days to process your order once we received it.

You can choose either standard delivery, which usually takes 5-7 business days, or express delivery with 2-3 business days. For the standard shipping in the EU and the US, we use either FedEx / TNT or DHL, and for the rest of the world, either with FedEx or DHL.

Shipping cost is based on weight and destination country. Shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page when you fill in your delivery address. Every order is trackable, and the tracking number is sent to your email address once the order is shipped.

Returns

At Candlehand.com, our goal is to make Your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. If something should happen to the purchased Product down the road, send an email to hello@candlehand.com and Company shall determine if such product is eligible for free repair.

Shop Worry-Free: 30-Day Returns!

Nevertheless under the following conditions returns and/or refunds are not applicable:

• In case You do not collect the Products in the address, that was provided by You irrespective of the reason the Products were not collected. In such case You are obligated to either cover the costs incurred by the Company for the shipping of the Order one more time or be reimbursed money paid deducted by the costs of shipping incurred by the Company;
• In case You collect the Products, yet intend to return the Product within 30 days after purchase. In case You return the Product within the established period, then You are entitled to a refund deducted by the shipping costs, which are incurred by the Company, given the Product returned is intact.
