Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page when you fill in your delivery address. Every order is trackable and the tracking number is sent to your email address once the order is shipped.
How long is the shipping?
Once you make an order we ship it within 1-2 business days. The transit time depends on the shipping country. Usually, standard shipping in the EU and US takes 5-7 business days. If you choose express shipping it takes 2-3 business days.
Where is my order?
After we ship your order the tracking number is automatically sent to your email. If your parcel has not arrived within specified time frame or more than 7 business days please contact the courier company and quote the tracking number. If you still need any help please write to us at hello@candlehand.com.
How can I return the candle?
If you want to return the candle because you don’t want it anymore you can send it to our warehouse. In this case, the return is covered by the sender. We will refund the money if it is in a resealable condition upon reaching our warehouse. The shipping cost is non-refundable. In case of returns please get in touch with us at hello@candlehand.com
Do you have a special wrapping for gifts?
Each CandleHand is packed in a beautiful stylish box (you can see it on our website). We do not have special packaging for gifts. You can leave a gift note which we can add to your order.
Are CandleHands scented?
No, only CandleCans are scented.
Could you make another gesture in the colour I want?
Theoretically yes, but we only consider custom orders for large orders over 500 units. All other gestures and colours can be purchased from our shop in small quantities.
Do you sell molds of the candles?
No, we don’t sell molds.
